As a customer of the Packaging Materials for Removals Shop, you can return your purchases to us for a full refund if you change your mind or no longer require the packaging materials you've received from us. In order to receive a refund you must return the unwanted purchases no later than 30 days after you’ve bought them. Please note that only items that are unused and in their original packaging are refundable. To return your unused and unwanted purchases, you must print the email you’ve received from us as the purchase confirmation (the email containing the sales receipt) and place it together with the unwanted items in the return parcel.
